Orders & Payment
Placing an Order:
You can order our products through the Balm Natural Health Shopping Cart or if preferred, you can choose to place your order by email or phone.
Balm Natural Health provides several payment options as described below:
Goods being paid for by Bank Transfer will not be despatched until the direct deposit payment has been finalised.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN BE ARRANGED BY TELEPHONING US DIRECTLY.
Once you have ordered your products you will receive a confirmation email itemising all charges and fees associated with your purchase. This will include the total cost of your purchase as well as the shipping and GST amounts that are applicable.
Payment should then be made by your selected payment option (ie: direct deposit etc). If paying by cheque or money order please enclose a copy of your invoice along with your payment.

Once your payment has been finalised Balm Natural Health will advise you (either by email or phone) that your order has been despatched.

Out of Stock Items:
In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via email and/or telephone. Your ordered items will be placed automatically on backorder unless a request for exchange has been received.
